1. Free Access

Eersi is a completely free service. No registration, no fees, no locked features. You may use the tool as much as you like, for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. No Warranty

Eersi is provided “as is.” While we do our best to maintain uptime and reliability, we cannot guarantee continuous availability or performance. Use it at your own discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eersi to generate QR codes that:

Link to malicious software or phishing pages
Encourage violence, abuse, or illegal activity
Contain hate speech or harassment
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
Mislead users or impersonate other services

4. Data Ownership

Any QR code you create using Eersi belongs to you. We do not store or claim any rights over your input data or the resulting code. What you make is yours — forever.

5. Service Updates

Eersi may evolve over time. We might introduce new formats, improve performance, or update the design. We may also remove features if necessary — but core functionality will remain open and free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Eersi is not liable for damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the service. This includes misuse of QR codes created here, or failure of the service during critical usage.

7. Agreement

By continuing to use Eersi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you are free to stop using the service at any time. No questions asked.
